Dear Dog Daycare — Pet Boarding Services Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of pet daycare and transport services by Dear Dog Daycare ("we", "us", "our") to the customer ("you", "owner"). By making a booking you agree to be bound by these terms. Our services are provided in compliance with the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1979 (NSW), Companion Animals Act 1998 (NSW), Australian Consumer Law, and other applicable legislation.
If you have any questions regarding these terms, please contact us before making a booking. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
