We collect your dog from your home between 7:00am and 9:30am. Our route varies depending on how many dogs we are picking up that day, so we cannot guarantee an exact time. You will receive a notification when we are on our way and again when your dog has been picked up.

That is no problem at all. Many of our clients leave a spare key with us for easy access. We securely store all keys and return them whenever you request. Alternatively, you can arrange to drop your dog off directly between 9:30am and 3:30pm.

Drop-off runs from 3:30pm to 6:00pm. Similar to morning pickup, the exact time depends on the day's route. You will receive a message when your dog is on the way home. We always aim to be as punctual as possible.

We currently service Croydon Park, Strathfield, Burwood, Ashfield, Ashbury, Greenacre, Canterbury, Roselands, Concord, Earlwood, Five Dock, and Campsie. If your suburb is not listed, please reach out — we may still be able to help.

Dogs are grouped by size and temperament into small, manageable playgroups. The day includes structured morning play, enrichment activities, a midday rest period, and afternoon play before drop-off. Our trainer-led approach ensures every dog is engaged, safe, and happy throughout the day.

Yes. All dogs must be fully vaccinated (C5 vaccination recommended) and up to date with flea and tick prevention. We require proof of vaccination before your dog's first day. This protects all of the dogs in our care.

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the booking. For pass holders, late cancellations may result in the day's credit being used. We understand emergencies happen — please contact us directly.

Please do not bring your dog if they are unwell, showing signs of illness, or recovering from surgery. We kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours after any symptoms have fully resolved before returning. This protects our entire pack.

Our 5, 10, and 20-day passes are great value and valid for extended periods (3–12 months). You purchase the pass upfront and each booking deducts from your balance. Passes are non-refundable but fully transferable between dogs in the same household.

For the first visit, please provide your dog's vaccination record, feeding instructions, any medications, an emergency contact number, and your vet's details. You are also welcome to include a comfort item from home. We do the rest.
